Much like the Rub, this recipe is meant to be tinkered with… It is a great thing to have your own Secret Sauce so try mixing in some of your own ingredients. Need it a bit spicier? Add pepper or hot sauce. Want it sweeter? Ad some brown sugar.
A few tips for all of you Sauce users out there…
#1 Sauce should always compliment your food and must never over power the real star of good Q – The Meat.
#2 It should be a melody of flavors with no one flavor dominating.
#3 When using this sauce on ribs, only apply it (sparingly) during the last 15 minutes of cooking or else the sugar will burn.
